Metal work




Here are some pics of a gas tank I´m working on, I dont have any sheet metal machinery Englishwheel, shrinker, and so on so I have to find other solutions when doing tanks and other stuff.

Got the parts from paint, loking nice now starts the fun to assemble the bike. Will post more when I get the bike ready.

My friend had some problems with his transmission, some loose parts.......... Not a nice transmission to repair, hard to find good parts.

Here are some pics of the -57 FL I been working on, sorry about the engine its an HD EMO engine I know, but I had one in the shop. Totaly rebuilt same as the transmission.
This bike is going to be a nice one, old style but totaly new bike with some small mods.

Sportster 280











The bike came out very brutal, now it will be disassembled for paint and the only color for this bike is flat black. I will get back on other projekts that i have waiting, stay tuned.

PanShovel 103"

GELLNER Stampt on the flywheele, if somebody knows anything about this please send me some information I would be grateful.
Billet parts in the right place, these are stamped STROKTEK, been trying to find any info on the net no sucsess.I got this engine used and the old owner didnt know anything about it, it was built in the USA. We had it running in the summer when I bought the bike. The engine ran like a raped ape....... but all the gaskets were blown.... tore down for repairs

Here are the parts ready for assembly, they are soda blasted and cleand up. No metal work for a few days. A lot of godies in this engine...... Hope to kick some TwinCams with this one.

The seat is made from an old tracktor seat that i found somewhere... not ewerything needs to be billet shit from taiwan.......
